Fees and Treatment Pathway
Our service is designed to provide a clear, supportive pathway from diagnosis through to treatment and ongoing care.
Initial Diagnostic Assessment – £450
Your diagnostic assessment is a comprehensive two-hour consultation with Dr Maite. This includes a detailed clinical review and a written diagnostic report.
Follow-Up Consultation (if required) - £200
Following your assessment, should you wish to discuss your diagnosis and proceed with treatment, you will attend a follow-up consultation with your Physiatrist alongside a prescriber (Nurse Practitioner or Pharmacist). This session provides an opportunity to review your diagnosis in detail and address any questions arising from your report and to discuss medication options.
Medication Initiation and Prescribing
If medication is appropriate, this will be discussed during your follow-up consultation, you will review suitable medication options and, where appropriate, prescribing can be initiated. If ADHD medication is required a careful titration and monthly reviews in the first three to six months may be required dependent on each patients specific medical needs.Â
Titration and Monthly Reviews – £75 per review
For patients commencing ADHD medication, a structured titration period is required to safely establish the most effective dosage. During the first three months, you will attend monthly review appointments (£75 per review) to monitor response, adjust dosage as needed, and manage any side effects.
Ongoing Care and Prescribing Options
Once your medication is stabilised, there are two options:
• Transfer to the NHS under a shared care agreement with your GP, with ongoing monitoring as required; or
• Continue with private prescribing and reviews through our service.
Medication Dispensing
We offer an integrated pharmaceutical service, allowing prescriptions to be dispensed online and delivered directly to your home address for convenience.
